Main types of Activity (Health):

1. Provision of Primary Health Care (PHC) package in addition to basic laboratory services.

2. Procurement and supplying essential drugs & kits to targeted PHC clinics to address stock out in clinics.

3. Rehabilitation PHC clinics/ health facility and provide medical equipment.

4. Protection of the environment through medical waste management by incineration, universal precautions for infection prevention & control.

5. Conducting in-service training for health staff on emergency preparedness and response to common disease outbreaks.

6. Conducting community health awareness sessions on prevention and mitigation of communicable diseases.

7. Providing mobile PHC services for hard to reach/emergency affected communities where health facilities are in existence or inaccessible.

8. Providing free quality child health services targeted PHC clinics including Immunization (and acceleration campaigns) and Integrated Management of Childhood Illness (IMCI)

9. Providing free maternal (absolute neutrophil count {ANC}, SBA, PNC) and reproductive health services including clinic management of rape survivors.

10. Conducting orientation session for midwives on respectful health care during pregnancy & child birth.

11. Procuring and distributing clean delivery Kits to pregnant.

12. Training Midwives and provide delivery tool kits.

13. Formulating and training community Health committees and Health Promoters on health education, health & hygiene campaigns, etc..

Main types of Activity (Nutrition):

1. Provision of Community-based Management of Acute Malnutrition Model (CMAM) - Severe Acute Malnutrition (SAM) services to treat severe acute malnutrition to SAM children, (outpatient therapeutic program (OTPs), and SCs)

2. Provide treatment for children suffering from Severe Acute Malnutrition.

3. Provision of CMAM - Moderate acute malnutrition (MAM) services to treat Moderate acute malnutrition to (children 6-59 Months, and Pregnant, Lactating women)

4. Provision of vitamin A supplementation twice yearly to children aged 6 -59 months

5. Provision of iron and foliate supplementation to pregnant women.

6. Established MSGs to provision of IYCF services to People, men and women.

7. Provision/ construction/ rehabilitation of CMAM centers.

8. Conduct nutrition assessment/ MUAC screening.

9. Training of community volunteers and established community health and nutrition committees CHNC.

10. Community mobilization awareness about the severe acute malnutrition and the availability of nutrition services.

11. Provision of Behavioral change communication and counseling on optimal infant and young child feeding, hygiene and care practices to mothers/caregivers.
