Overview

HOPE is applying a unique set of leadership good practices guides and values but there are many other guiding principles to be incorporated in the organization working sphere in order to create more dynamic communal mechanisms for best decision-making options. HOPE is managed through

General Assembly.
Board of Directors (BoDs).
Executive Management and other Staff members.

General Assembly

The organization’s General Assembly has role includes considering supreme authority of the organization responsible for authorized the general policies and outlining plans and strategies, as well as approving the annual report and budget; electing the Board of Directors, determining the powers and authorities of the Board of Directors and authorizing it to make any decision on general matters.

Board of Directors

While the Board of Directors has a supervisory role to oversee the overall progress made and provides directional guidance to the Executive Management members; the Board of Director is providing invaluable communication channel to HOPE to reach advocacy and fund-raising objectives.

Executive Management and Other Staff

Executive Management and other Staff members have well-defined roles and duties reflecting in their job descriptions and have highly commitment of its, in order to ensure the efficient and effective implementation of organization activities and projects.

Country Director

Mr. Osman Ahmed Belal

Motivated, teamwork-oriented, results-based acting and highly analytics of conflict/ community needs, baseline & end line Survey with more than 24-years experience in NGO leadership, Project Cycle Management for humanitarian response and recovery intervention. Highly professional certification with a practitioner in FSL, WASH, Peacebuilding, and Protection. He works well in promoting peace through public services and improving livelihood assets. A practitioner to assessing the team's capacity and training needs, couching, managerial and supervisory skills. He has experience in mobilizing resources, identifying & managing risks, projects development, project planning, reporting, developing policies, manuals, and SOPs.
